Job Description

Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Dar es Salaam opens a call for applications

 

The Position: We’re looking for Embassy’s secretary

Our requirements:

• Fluent English and Swahili;
• Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook and web page browsing;
• Knowledge on the functioning of the Government and administration offices in Tanzania;
• Clean police record.

Desirable Skills And abilities

•  Openness and ability to make working contacts;
• Initiative and an active stance at work;
• Constructive attitude to challenges;
• Ability to work under time pressure;
• Punctuality;

Previous work experience as a secretary in embassy/ international organization is an advantage.
