Summary of Position
The service technician is to provide
instructions on parts assembling to our service providers and parts
distributors, help them in daily operation, and deal with
quality-related claim, thereby we can constantly improve our aftersales
service network.

Responsibilities:
- Instruct service providers, parts distributors in learning parts technical documents;
- Collect incorrect information in technical documents from service providers;
- Settlement of claim regarding product quality.
- Supervise service providers in stocking spare parts according to requirements;
- Guide service providers in inventory management;
- Provide on-site technical support in assigned region when needed;
- Provide liability judgment, solutions to product quality issues;
- Pre-Delivery inspection for new arriving vehicles.
Requirements:
- High school education level or above, vocational school training preferred;
- More than 3 years’ experience in vehicle repair and maintenance;
- Quick learning, and problem-analyzing-solving ability;
- Ideally Familiar with Chinese vehicle and spare parts;
- Full proficiency in MS Office and other computer software;
- Strong communication skills and logical thinking ability;
- Excellent English speaking and writing ability preferred.
