Job application procedure
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans for the posts available in Soroti District Local Government and Soroti Municipal Council. Applications must be submitted to The Secretary, Soroti District Service Commission, P. O. Box 513 Soroti, to reach him not later than four weeks from the date of this advertisement. Applications MUST be in triplicate on PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008), and ESC Form 3 (Revised 1998) for Education Assistant 11 and other teaching professionals each with attachment of photocopies of required certified academic transcripts and certificates, and required honors Bachelors Degree where applicable.

The Serving Officers MUST route their applications through their responsible Officers who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delays. Please note that applicants should be below 50 years of age. However, the applicants already in the civil service are not affected by this age limit except that they should not have reached mandatory retirement age of 60 years.
