Job Summary:
The Customer Care Representative will support Rex Energy Ltd in effectively and efficiently resolving customer and operator issues through providing the best customer service

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Resolve Customer, Operator queries over the phone or email
b. Educate current and potential customers with product and service
information
c. Promote products and services that customer can benefit from Rex
Energy
d. Make and receive calls as assigned by a Designated Supervisor
e. Correctly update the Call Log for every customer/ operator
interaction
f. Actively participate in team meetings
g. Create new customers in the our platform
h. Maintain accurate customers records
i. Accomplish any other duties as assigned by Customer Care Team
Leader.
j. Performing other related tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
a. The applicants for the Customer Care Representative jobs should hold
at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree of any field from a reputable college or university
b. Preferably with sales & marketing , IT, Business, administration
c. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Email &
outlook skills
d. Customer – centric
e. Capability to work well under pressure and under minimum
supervision
f. A fast learner who is able to work with set targets
g. Excellent communication skills
h. Good team player with high levels of flexibility
i. Highly self-motivated and able to demonstrate a drive for results with
a professional approach.
