- Support the development, maintenance and monitor the execution of project/customer specific quality, health & safety plan and ensure alignment with customer and suppliers contractual requirements.
- Facilitate other H&S training – working at height, defensive driving, electrical training, first aid, EMF/RF training etc
- Ensure Nokia Road Safety, Working at Height and electrical standard compliance with Nokia team and partners.
- Ensure site quality process is being followed and implemented within Services projects.
- Facilitate Health & Safety Risk Assessment for the projects and implement control measures to mitigate the risk.
- Ensure pro-active Site Quality Health & Safety improvement actions initiated by analyzing the project situation and by close cooperation with the Project Team, Suppliers and Customer.
- Ensure compliance with Nokia Life Saving Rule by Nokia team and suppliers.
- Plans and organizes lessons learned and root cause analysis with Project and Suppliers in order to implement continuous improvement measures & actions, depending on demands and results.
- Ensure IPM Quality Module is up and running for the existing and new projects, localize QHS checklist and provide training to project team and ensure proper usage of IPM Quality Module for Self Assessment, Pre-PAT (DC), Acceptance Punch list (AP) and Quality Assessment
- Conduct site QHS inspection and monitoring to verify that the implementation is done according to Contracts (Customer & Suppliers), Country legal requirements, Customer specifications, Nokia standards & guidelines and Nokia work processes and Quality and Health & Safety standards.
- Prepare and circulate project QHS report and follow-up and corrective/preventive actions internally and from Suppliers.
- Participate in internal and external meetings and represent QHS
- Keep QHS records up to date
- Support ISO/OHSAS certification program and Internal audits
